RETURN & REFUND POLICY — LENTEJUELAS COUTURE

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Item Condition Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags and seals intact
  • In its original packaging and in perfect condition
  • No damage to sequins, crystals, embroidery, or embellishments
  • Free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear

Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in the return being rejected.

How to Start a Return Email us at info@lentejuelascouture.com with your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and photographs of the item before shipping it back. Returns sent without prior written confirmation from us will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a manufacturing defect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items — No Exceptions

  • Limited edition, capsule collection, or one-of-a-kind pieces
  • Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or with a discount code
  • Custom or made-to-measure items
  • Gift cards
  • Items without original tags or showing signs of use

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Inspection & Resolution Once we receive your return, we have 5 business days to inspect it and notify you of our decision. Lentejuelas Couture reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above, in which case the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Refunds If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
